Wim Quint MSc, PhD has been involved in the Foundation since 2000, having succeeded Jan Lindeman as Chairman of the Board in 2012.
Wim is a molecular biologist and the CEO of the DDL Diagnostic Laboratory in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. Since the end of the 1980s, one of the main objectives of DDL Diagnostic Laboratory is the investigation and diagnosis of the human papilloma virus. His interest in historical microscopes come from a fact that microscopy underlies molecular diagnostics.
