This microscope has been donated to the Foundation by Frans Arnold. Frans was the first lecturer in chemistry at the Thomas More College, the Hague (1960-1969), where he used this microscope. In addition and afterwards he worked for the KNCV and Radboud University as a course didacticist and innovator of chemistry education and from 2004-2010 under the auspices of the SLO in Enschede.
