Box with microscopical preparations

Description

Many standard preparations in the box are labelled ‘Prepared by Northern Biological Supplies for Britex (Scientific Instruments) Ltd. London’, this has been abbreviated to NBS*. Words that were unreadable are indicated by [?], dates like ’85 have been completed to [18]85 to avoid confusion.
Some preparations have more than one label, in the text ‘//’ is the label separator, ‘/’ serves as a line separator.
